At age four, I was enrolled in a gymnastic school until the age of six in England. I competed in competitions and won several medals. Later when we came to the United States, I was enrolled at a gymnastic center in Marietta and then when we moved to Cartersville, I was enrolled at the Cartersville Gymnastic Center. After training there for a few months, I had to give up for other sports as it was taking up too much of my time.
Koo Self Defense
I started martial arts training at my Dad's studio in 1992 and made it to Black Belt at age eight, in 1994 and to 1st. Degree Black belt in 1996. You can see my name listed as #15 on his web page at Koo Self Defense Black Belt List
I sometimes train between the other sports. KSD has been steadily improving its unique workout drills. Compared to all other sports that I have taken, KSD offers the best cardiovascular workouts for the entire body. Go to my links page and check it out !
Jump Rope
I was on the Cartersville Elementary School's Jump Rope Team in 5th Grade and did many performances for the school. I had lots of fun working with everbody on the team especially my coaches, Mrs Murphy and Ms. Nelson. They both helped me in improving my jump rope skills. Thanks for your support and fun during my elementary school years.
Softball - Cartersville Middle School
I made the Cartersville Middle School Softball Team in the 7th and 8th Grade. We were a slow pitch softball team and competed against many different teams. My 7th Grade coaches were Mr. and Mrs. Hayes. In the 8th Grade, it was Coach Ricky WIlson.
I appreciated their efforts in improving my skills.
Basketball - Cartersville Middle School
I made the Baketball team in the 7th and 8th Grade. In the 7th Grade we won the Regional Championship. The hardest team to beat was from Calhoun, they had a great defense and a fast offense. We ended up playing them for the championship. My coach was Jeff Hayes. I would like to thank him for improving my game skills.
Soccer - Cartersville Middle School
I made the team in the 7th (Co-Ed team) and 8th Grade. In 7th Grade, working with the boys helped me to be more aggressive. In the 8th Grade, I made the "Junior Varsity" team for the Cartersville High School. That year, I got great experience by playing against Junior and Senior girls. I would like to thank Coach Woody James for helping me improve my soccer skills.
Softball - Cartersville High School
I was selected when I was a freshman (1999 school year) for the Cartersville High School Varsity Softball team. Our team played lots of Nothern Counties, and lost a lot of games during the season. Although we lost a lot of our games, we were steadily improving our team efforts. By the time we played for the finals, we had just started to work together as a team, we ended up qualifying for the State Playoff's in Columbus, Georgia! Before we left our school to go to the playoffs, we walked outside and saw our classmates cheering for us! This is the first year ever, that our school softball team has ever gotten to the State Championship! Unfortunately we lost, but at least we got to play in the Class AA Slow Pitch Championship! I would like to thank Coach Donna Ennis and Coach Ricky Wilson for their support and helping me improve.
The year 2000, our school went to fast pitch where I played 3rd base. This was a total new experience for all of us switching from slow pitch to fastpitch.
In 2001, 02, and 03, I played first base.
Soccer - Cartersville High School
In the 9th Grade (February 2000), I played Varsity as a fullback.

My Senior year (2003), I played Right Fullback. We also went to the State playoffs for the for the first time in the schools history.
